Concurrently you will form a healthy narrative, as well as adaptive behaviors and perceptions about yourself.
You are not alone, yet it is easy to feel isolated. Often we are mentally mired in past, negative experiences and the unforgiving inner critics they create. Therapy provides a dynamic relationship in which I sit with you and with humor and enriching conversation, help you heal and become someone you love.

Finding Security in an Insesecure World for women
In a post-covid world rife with inequity, struggle, and high emotions, I am offering one evening per week to meet in Cambridge and feel seen and heard by each other. My hope is for this to eventually feel like a peer support group for women who must juggle work, finances, family and other relationships that may not feel as fulfilling as you would like. Moreover we will examine the relationship with Self, and how to access a core strength while building up your resource bank. I was inspired by Alan Watts' book: The Wisdom of Insecurity.
