Welcome to the practice! I have a masters in Community and Counseling Psychology from Russell Sage College. Do you feel as if you are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, relational issues, family dynamics, loneliness, and or stress in your daily life? With the use of evidence based approaches, we aim to meet the individual where they are at. As a team we can work together and set goals, learn coping skills, communication, and mindfulness techniques. You are worthy of what you desire!
I have learned many theories, techniques, and tools for our toolbelt to help alleviate symptoms. Sharing the passion for helping others to get through tough periods of their lives and improving mental health. The stigma of mental health can be challenging to overcome but, once you have taken that leap it becomes easier.
We believe that counseling should be a safe space to express yourself in any way that you choose. We are not here to judge someone based on their past, but help them make a better future. Allowing yourself to be vulnerable takes a lot of courage, all clients should remind themselves that they are brave for wanting to better themselves and their futures!
