Hi! I'm Lindsey, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in private practice for adults ages 18+. I have a special heart for clients new to or returning to therapy, and those managing chronic mental health or physical illnesses. I work to empower individuals in overcoming barriers to wellness, including: unexpected life changes, caretaker burnout, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, perfectionism, grief/loss, stress-management, performance expectations, difficult relationships, divorce/separation, and women's issues (fertility issues, miscarriage, and postpartum adjustments).
12 years of clinical experience in a variety of medical, outpatient, and intensive outpatient settings have allowed me to develop specialties in providing holistic individual counseling; in particular, empowering clients to lead healthy, fulfilling lives. I also provide Christian sensitive counseling, on request.
