Lindsey earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington and her master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Monmouth University.
Lindsey utilizes active listening and clinical approaches such as solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, or, if necessary, psychodynamic techniques to help the client identify past traumas. Lindsey does her best work as a clinician working with clients who are ready to work on themselves and who are receptive to treatment.
