As a licensed professional counselor, my goal is to help you achieve an improved quality of life and be more happy/comfortable in your own skin and relationships. I provide treatment to children, adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, difficulties in relationships and parenting struggles. I focus on creating trusting, supportive relationships with my client’s in a confidential, non-judgmental environment. I work with clients to assist them in understanding the symptoms that they are experiencing and together we draw on their strengths to implement new coping skills, perspectives and thought processes.
I utilize a strength based and solution focused approach to instill a sense of empowerment, elevated confidence and set appropriate goals tailored to each client’s individualized needs. I have training in DBT, CBT, trauma and attachment. Together we will envision the life you want and move towards your goals.
My practice is online until further notice. I offer “face to face” therapy via a HIPPA compliant platform, bringing convenience to the therapy process.
