I offer a warm space to work with individuals who are interested in processing relational trauma and developing skills to cope with a variety of mental health concerns. I specialize in working with adults who experience anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship conflicts.
I utilize a relational, trauma-informed approach, guided by Natural Lifemanship relationship principles. I offer both in office and in equine assisted sessions. Additionally, I incorporate relational neuroscience and evidence-based practices of EMDR, DBT, and experiential-somatic mindfulness practices.
