I have over 7 years of experience treating those struggling with depression, trauma-related disorders, anxiety related disorders, mood disorders to include bipolar disorder, relationship issues, self-esteem, suicide/self-harm, and systematic family conflict to include parenting issues.
I'm trained in evidence-based approaches to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am compassionate while still being assertive; and I work to engage and guide clients with an empathetic approach that will help motivate change and find emotional stability.
