She emphasizes a holistic approach for clients and the importance of collaborating with treatment teams and schools. Her extensive experience focuses on children, adolescents and young adults struggling with eating disorders, body image, social anxiety and depression.
Clients will work with Lindsey to discover ways to cope with these struggles and identify underlying beliefs about themselves and the world.
