Many clients come to see me because they can never relax. Feeling tense, worried, and irritable, every small problem feels like the last straw. They find themselves snapping at their loved ones and then feeling guilty about it. They sometimes feel a sense of dread for no reason, and feel like every day is a never ending checklist of tasks to accomplish. My approach is kind, compassionate, straight talking, irreverent, and has a scientific basis. I can work with you to shift your life from constant reaction to the challenges around you, to a calm and fulfilling experience of your life.
Anxiety is a communication from your body and unconscious. Often there is something in you that urgently wants to be heard and understood. Through working with your dreams and other thought processes, we can work to understand what needs to be known and lived. This leads to an experience of greater wholeness and an ability to rest.
