I specialize in working with teens, but working with adults and couples is a large part of my practice that I find incredibly fulfilling. I am a Client Centered therapist , who pulls from a variety of techniques and treatment modalities, to tailor my interventions to each individual and specific circumstance they may be facing.
I focus on building strong connections with the people I work with, as I feel that much is gained from the warmth, empathy and compassion provided in the therapeutic relationship.
