We are hardwired to seek meaning and connection. When we lose sight of our needs and values we might feel depressed, not good enough, and stuck in an unhelpful cycle. Experiences like trauma, OCD, or ADHD tend to just add fuel to the fire. As a Clinical Psychologist I provide evidence-based treatments for anxiety and depression complicated by other factors, such as trauma, neurodivergence, perfectionism, and shame. I strive to help my clients increase self-awareness, process and cope with sticky emotions, and develop the skills needed to design and live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
Exceptional therapeutic process requires a thoughtful, individualized approach. My style is trauma-informed, experiential, and interpersonally focused. Using treatments like ACT, ERP, or DBT I will help you address difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences. With my approach you can experience meaningful change both in session and in your daily life.
Searching for the right fit in a therapist can be challenging; especially with how vulnerable it can be to open up about our present and past emotional pain. We all need help at times and it can take a great deal of courage to acknowledge that. Allow yourself the help you need as you navigate new life transitions, overcome anxiety, or recover from trauma.
