I know what it's like being scared to seek help. I know that asking for help can sometimes feel like things are failing and I caused them. I also know how nervous I felt when I looked for assistance and wanting to begin therapy, scared with questions like, will I be judged? Will they keep my confidence? Can I trust them? I have been effectively working with individuals through motivational interviewing, CBT and DBT. I have experience in co-occurring substance and mental health along with family/couple therapy.
