Together, we can work to identify individual goals and create an action plan that can help us to achieve those goals and work towards the development of an overall healthy lifestyle with the skill set needed to take on life's challenges.
My primary focus ranges from anxiety and depression to substance use, trauma and self-esteem. I utilize strength-based approaches aimed to target a mind, body, soul perspective in order to assist individuals with being able to develop the internal motivation for change. Through this process, we can work together to develop that best version of self.
