EMAIL is the best way to contact me. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a decade of clinical experience. At the Gateway Institute in Scottsdale, AZ, I draw on a combination of my education, training and lived experience to treat OCD and other Anxiety Disorders in adults and adolescents. I am trained in several evidence-based approaches for treating OCD, including Inference-Based CBT, a treatment option that does not involve exposures, as well as Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My goal is to find the treatment approach that best aligns your unique needs and preferences.
I strive to bring understanding, compassion, and humor to my therapy sessions. I work to create an environment where you can feel comfortable, validated and informed all while working to restore trust in yourself and move beyond fear.
