Many clients also seek my help in finding ways to improve their mental health using a holistic approach instead of - or alongside - a pharmaceutical regimen.
My main modality is person-centered talk therapy, which is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I also love to incorporate strategies that address mind, body, and spirit - such as diet and nutrition, movement, sleep hygiene, work-life balance, and exploring what gives your life meaning.
