I will always hold hope for my clients, and I truly believe that change is possible. My training and experience provides a wide range from adolescents (8-18 yrs), to adults of all ages, and couples. I have found working with teenagers to be especially fun and fulfilling!
My favorite tool for working with individual clients is "Brainspotting". This framework is a versatile offshoot of EMDR, based on the idea that "where you look affects how you feel". I have seen much success with brainspotting and love the healing it brings! I am also trained in couples/family therapy strategies to help build strong and loving relationships.
Reaching out for help is definitely not easy, but it is an honor to work alongside individuals and families who desire change for their own good and for the good of their relationships.
