I entered the counseling profession to assist individuals in their healing journeys mainly due to my own life experiences. I am a survivor who has navigated my own healing journey and here to support others along their recovery to no longer stay a victim to the pain and trauma of the past, but to live and thrive in the present. We all deserve a chance and I work with individuals to learn and connect with this possibility for themselves.
I am trained in EMDR to assist with the healing journey and utilize person-centered and solution focused approaches to my therapy. I believe in the therapeutic alliance as key to the work and safety of the process. My specialties include working with substance abuse and trauma survivors.
I provide services for individuals struggling with mental health who are ready to connect with themselves, collaborate, and heal. Healing and growth can happen if we allow it.
