My goal is to offer you a soft place to land. A space to process your thoughts, feelings, past experiences and desires for your future. The focus of my practice has been in treating anxiety related disorders, depression, Trauma/PTSD, and relationship issues. I aim to help my clients gain insight, self-awareness, tools and to feel more in control.
First we will start with two introductory/assessment sessions. It is important to me to get to know you, your past, and all that you are currently managing in your life. We will work together to come up with a plan, set a couple goals, and decide what feels right as far as scheduling.
I look forward to providing you with support and space to manage this thing called life. I want to instill hope that things will get better and it is okay to use therapy as a supportive tool. I look forward to connecting.
