I use a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma informed perspective to help you obtain your own goals in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I do this by using therapeutic approaches that include CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
I have experience working with adolescents and adults and I strive to provide you with the space to explore issues in a way where you feel safe and supported.
