I’m Lindsay Repko and I’m a psychotherapist committed to offering you a protected place to effectively explore the depths of who you truly are and what you want for your life, whether your experience of suffering is old or new. This sounds simple, but our modern society can make such a space hard to find, and cultural norms or taboos can pressure us to hide parts of ourselves in shame. When this happens, people often push relationships away that they need and experience pain and isolation.
