Hi, I'm Lindsay and I am a clinician that deeply values authenticity. I am also a human being that feels privileged to hold space for you and your story. Often, this journey begins when we bravely step into our stories and allow ourselves to show up and be seen, despite the possible fear and messiness that can come with it. In my practice, I work with high functioning women experiencing anxiety, burnout and seeking to cultivate a healthier relationship with themselves. I work with women who desire to redefine their relationship to their anxiety, their trauma and want a deeper connection to themselves and their body. I also work with women experiencing metabolic disorders!

We work together to get to know yourself in a healthier way- your values, finding your voice, naming your negative beliefs and exploring how move through the discomfort of it all.
