Hi, I'm Lindsay Orlowski. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of clinical experience. I specialize in working with adults, children, and teens who have experienced Trauma, PTSD, Addiction, Adolescents/Teens, Depression, Anxiety, and many more. The techniques I most often utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and person-centered therapy. However, I am also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Parent Management Training. I believe and practice the saying "The only way out is through" (Robert Frost) and use this perspective as a guiding light in my work.
I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment built on mutual trust and respect. Your overall comfort is of the highest importance as healing takes place in a space where you can feel free to be open and vulnerable and trust in the therapeutic process.
