I also empower trauma survivors with finding healing and no longer feeling stuck or defined by what has happened to them.
It has been a joy supporting clients from all different backgrounds, cultures, and ages who've struggled with depression, anxiety, trauma, shame, grief & loss, fear-based thinking, anger, and relationship/communication issues.
