Hi there! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I commend you on your courage to take the important steps towards recovery. I also enjoy empowering trauma survivors to find healing and no longer feel stuck or defined by what has happened to them.
It has been a joy supporting clients from all different backgrounds, cultures, and ages who've struggled with depression, anxiety, trauma, shame, grief/loss, fear-based thinking, anger, and relationship/communication issues. Previous clients have said that they appreciate my balance of being direct, warm, engaging, easy to talk to, humorous, and empathic.
