I am a licensed clinical social worker, with over 10 years of experience, and am licensed to practice in South Carolina and Michigan. If you are open to exploring new strategies for coping and growth, and are committed to actively engaging in the therapeutic process, consider booking an appointment with me. I also have experience in working with student athletes to help with identifying and developing healthy ways to cope and manage stress.
I focus in offering cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. These approaches will help you identify and alter negative thought patterns and behaviors, practice and aid in developing present-moment awareness and emotional regulation. I also offer multiple Trauma-focused therapies that allow you to process and heal from past traumas.
I provide a comfortable, safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for you to make healthy changes in your life, I am LGBTQ+ affirming. There is no doubt in my mind this is what I was meant to do with my life and career. I have a deep passion for working with people to help them navigate the challenges life puts in their path.
