I enjoy helping people change their ways of relating to anxiety and difficult experiences from resistance and dread to curiosity and kindness.
I have helped many people heal from the effects of trauma and have expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness training and body-based/somatic approaches. I am really passionate about working with teenagers and adults going through faith crises/transitions.
I also love helping folks struggling with depression, suicidal thoughts, poor body image, sexual issues, perfectionism, and OCD. Everyone’s experience is unique and I would love to hear your story and together we can create a healing path that is as individual as you are!
