I provide a compassionate, open minded space to support older teens (17 +) and adults in understanding and appreciating all parts of themselves. You may be seeking support in healing from trauma, disordered eating habits, or experience anxiety and depression. Together, we will work to shift patterns in your life that no longer serve you and your values. In each session, it is my goal that you feel worthy of connection, liberation, and inner peace.
I use a trauma-informed, mindful, & person-centered approach to support each individual in building enriched self compassion and acceptance. I have extensive experience working with individuals who are suffering from depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. My style is warm, genuine and relational.
