As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my focus is to help provide support for individuals, children and families in a nurturing and empathic environment. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space in which you are in control of your own goals in treatment. I encourage an open therapeutic relationship to help individuals, parents or children feel emotionally supported and able to genuinely express themselves. I work to provide individuals and families with the tools to effectively move toward a positive change.
Over the past 13 years I have worked with children, families and adults presenting with experiences including ADHD, anxiety, trauma/loss, autism spectrum disorders, behavioral issues within home/school, changes in family dynamics and many more. My approach is to partner together to support individuals through treatment.
I have received training in play therapy, art therapy, attachment theory and parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT) . I also received my endorsement as a Level III Infant Mental Health specialist. I welcome children (Birth-12), adolescents (12-18) and adults.
