I specialize in couples therapy and relationships, working with partners to understand and identify relational issues, establish healthy communication patterns, and deepen connections and vulnerabilities. I am also experienced at working individually with clients on relationship problems, disordered eating, trauma, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and identity-related issues.
