The what if's begin to creep in, and the future feels paralyzing. It is a scary place to be, and you don’t have to be there alone.
Together, I help my clients figure out ways of being freed from those unsettling feelings. My passion is in helping couples and individuals find their purpose again and find what makes life meaningful! My favorite thing is watching love grow again, people finding their voices, and feeling freed from their trauma.
