I have 9 years of experience in mental health, my ideal clients would be adults or emerging adults (20s - 30s) challenged by finding their own path. Whether you're a new college student navigating school or trying to find that work/life balance, my passion is helping people identify their strengths and assisting them to navigate barriers that life throws at us.
