As a life-long learner and lover of all things mental health, I stay current with validated best practices. My sessions are compassionate, solution-focused and rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy. I offer individual and small group therapy; and mental health consultations for schools, universities and businesses. My consultations are strategic and creative. I am known to think outside the box. I combine my B.S. Business Administration (Northeastern University) and my M.Ed Counseling Psychology (Cambridge College) into my practice. Held management positions in large, multinational companies and clinical leadership positions overseeing multiple schools (k-12). Worked in hospitals, IOPs, a 'Big Ten' university and private practice.
