I typically use a CBT and DBT based approach. I see individuals of all ages but work best with those in their late teens and up. I enjoy working with those who are struggling with life transitions as well as relationship and communication concerns.
Uncertainty and distress are natural feelings. Feeling chronic anxiety and hopelessness are not. Together we can explore what led to these feelings and help you to heal.
