Hello! I'm a social worker and humanitarian dedicated to enhancing mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) for populations made vulnerable by conflict, inequality, and/or trauma. My mission is to help individuals and communities heal. I utilize evidence-informed approaches to support you to build resilience and feel empowered. If you are in need of mental health and psychosocial support, please reach out. Whether you need support to build resilience and strength, heal and recover, reconnect with yourself, or find clarity in your life – I can help. I'm so glad you're here!
As a trained social worker, I utilize a holistic and systems approach, meeting you where you are at and taking into consideration your unique situation. I have experience in a range of modalities (see below), but most important to me is ensuring my work is trauma-informed and incorporating mind-body connection and nature-based modalities when possible.
Not only do I have the credentials, but I've been there myself. I understand the unique challenges facing expats and humanitarians, I've dealt with anxiety and self-doubt, as well as issues faced by those of us identifying as female. I have lived and worked in settings from Kenya to Ukraine to Appalachia, so I hold space and empathy for diverse populations.
