I specialize in providing mental health therapy services for the perinatal population including support for individuals and their partners struggling with infertility, the stress of ART and Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders (PMAD's). I have completed training in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International.
My approach is collaborative, non-assuming, holistic and trauma focused. I believe all clients are experts in their own lives and believe all people have the power to heal themselves, my role as a therapist is to be a “guide” in leading them to that power.

Mom Mood Boost Support Group for Moms Kids (0-3)
Mom Mood Boost a weekly in-person support group for moms with newborns to toddlers lead by a BLOOM perinatal therapist. Two options to join: MMB Group SLO at NEXUS in the Public Market Wednesdays from 10am-11am May 8th-June 5th (5 weeks) OR MMB Group Arroyo Grande at Virt Juice AG Fridays from 9:30-10:30am June 21st-Aug 2nd (6 weeks)
