Life is challenging and even harder when we have large and small traumas that get in the way of our wellness and growth. I find it a great honor to help people overcome life's inevitable difficulties to improve their lives and strengthen their families. I teach skills and build upon strengths as clients reconnect with and live into their highest and best self. Spiritual growth and healing is a specialty of mine, and an optional part of therapy.
I love working with all ages, using evidenced-based therapies. With children, I employ play, sandtray and art. Look to the right for a list of therapies I use. I also teach Reiki and incorporate that into therapy if the client chooses.
