Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and my Master of Social Work from North Carolina State University. My professional background includes working with clients in an inpatient setting, community mental health, and individual counseling. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, substance use disorder, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other disorders.
I tailor sessions to fit the client’s needs by using approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, strengths-based methods, mindfulness, creative outlets, and compassion.
I aim to create an open and honest therapeutic relationship with my clients that will empower you to challenge your thoughts and behaviors.
