I work with individuals struggling with substance use, addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, career challenges and self-esteem. I am passionate about working with adults, & adolescents struggling with conflict that arises from alcohol and drug abuse, addiction, chronic relapse as well as co-occurring issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma and toxic family relationships. I also work with professionals in the aviation industry, first responders, active duty military, and veterans.
I provide a safe & non-judgmental space for individuals to explore & express difficult feelings inadvertently affected by substance abuse. I provide Substance Abuse Evaluations and I also offer Equine - Assisted Psychotherapy to individuals who would like to interact with a horse as they process difficult feelings, emotions and challenges.
I am a Client Centered therapist. My goal is to help clients overcome substance abuse, and addiction. I also work with professionals in the aviation industry, first responders, active duty military, and veterans.
