I work collaboratively to honor the wisdom of this past experience, while moving toward a more embodied way of living in the present moment.
My therapeutic approach draws from trauma-informed and body-centered treatment modalities such as Sensorimotor Processing (somatic), Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), EMDR, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. I work relationally with clients to help them work towards a greater sense of emotional, mental, and physical well being.
