When we meet, I will want to understand the conflicts in your life. We can start to explore and identify thoses problems and relationships that have blocked you. Then with a sound plan we can work towards creating that life that is more manageable and meaningful.
My approach includes working and thinking from a psychodynamic, behavioral-cogitive frame work, influenced from a REBT approach. I also utilize an empathic and humanistic approach. Together we can transition towards a new level of self-awareness and confidence. You can do this and I can help.
