I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, major life transitions (divorce, health issues, career), low self esteem and those who want to have more balance, peace and less stress in their life. I work with couples who are going through the divorce process and want to learn how to co-parent for the well-being of their children. I also work with adolescents and children who are having difficulty with their parent's divorce.
In sessions, I actively listen as we explore the challenges you may be facing. We examine the different areas of your life and discuss the changes you want to make. I offer tools and strategies that will help to empower you to create the kind of life you want to live.
