As a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1994,I have been dedicated to working with children, adolescents and families dealing with life challenges. I believe that we all have the inner strength and resources to improve our lives, but at certain times, may need to seek a counselor to help with life's difficulties or issues from the past. In my practice, I give clients hope and work collaboratively with them to address the issues impacting them. I have experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My practice offers a safe and encouraging environment where growth and change can occur.
I see many individuals who are dealing with relationship, grief, anxiety, depression and other mood issues. I also meet with parents and their children or teens who are struggling with behavioral, emotional, or peer issues. With families and couples, improving communication, life transitions and conflict resolution are some issues addressed.
