Jumpstart Your Life Workshop for Women 40+
Using creative expression - art, drama etc, and coaching techniques. My co facilitator and I work with you in a group of no more than 6-8 women, ages 40+, as you focus on an area of your life where you feel stuck, and help you move into action.
