Linda is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals as they navigate life's challenges associated with the broad spectrum of mental health, including, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family issues and substance abuse, among other disorders. She has been in practice for more than 12 years of clinical experience in both in-patient and out-patient levels of care. Her training includes Grief Recovery Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), principals of Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) therapy.
Linda holds the philosophy that by focusing on changing problematic behaviors, feelings, and thoughts, individuals can change their life, by changing their thoughts and as a result change their emotional response to a more acceptance level.
