I provide nurturing, compassionate and supportive therapy to individuals, families, including military personnel. I work with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, issues of self-worth, substance use, grief, loss, and self-harm. I recently ran an intensive outpatient program for people with acute mental health issues in a hospital based environment, and enjoy working with this population as well.
I bring compassion and mindful attention to accompany my clients in navigating life’s struggles, stressors and transitions. I use a nonjudgmental approach in addressing my clients’ experiences.
With an integrative approach, I will help you explore your past, recognize patterns and conditioned beliefs, and learn to harness your strengths. I encourage my clients to use their own curiosity and commitment to work through issues and heal to enjoy lives full of meaning, fulfillment and connection.
