Groups
Divorce / Separation Support for Women
Connect and heal in a supportive space with other women who are moving through relationship transitions. Together, we work with feelings of grief, anger, loss, anxiety and more in this weekly 90-minute small-group setting. Wherever you are in the process, you do not need to do this alone. The group will meet in person. Call for a consultation so that I may answer your questions and formally invite you to join us.

Stressed, overwhelmed, sad, or just confused - you are welcome here! Together, we examine our own emotions, learn how to stay more present and grounded, and practice problem-solving.
