My goal is to empower you by helping you find your own path to self-acceptance, growth, and change. I believe in evidence-based techniques shown to help people get better rather than just spinning in place. For example, CBT and DBT techniques help people work through areas where they feel stuck, while learning new skills to cope with almost any situation.
I offer more than 20 years of experience as a therapist. My role is to accept you as you are while you work towards your goals.
