Sometimes when we struggle, we need help finding the strategies to move forward. Perhaps you are overwhelmed with anxiety, worry, loss or sadness. Therapy offers you the opportunity to explore where you are, and then take steps, at your own pace, to establish a healthy balance. You don't have to go this alone. In therapy we will explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and together, with compassion, help you find the balance you strive to find.
My experience centers around those needing help with anxiety, including OCD, depression, and management of life transitions, both teens and adults. Using a combination of evidence based strategies, we will identify your strengths and then use them as the foundation for your progress.

Currently accepting new clients to work in a closed group session (same members for 8 sessions- target peer group age 15-18) seeking both psycho education and hands on social experiences. The focus of the group will be educational first, and then secondly, group members will have the opportunity to practice the social skills they have learned in a safe and supportive environment.
