You're not even sure how to pick up the pieces, let alone how to rebuild your life. Yet, much like kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, therapy can offer you a place to rebuild your shattered spirit in a transformational way. Working together, I aim to empower you to rebuild your life in line with what matters most to you using your own unique strengths, talents, and life experiences.
In therapy, we'll dig to uncover what drives you. Maybe you have a passion for the arts, or you thrive on advocacy. We'll talk about ways to bring more vibrancy into your life, and we'll figure out tools to help reduce your distress. As an LGBTQ+, poly-affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I also encourage exploration of all aspects of identity.
Recovering from loss and other life-altering experiences is never easy, but with support, it is possible, and there is hope. I look forward to hearing from you and walking with you on the journey ahead. To accommodate busy schedules, I offer appointments during lunch hours and on some weekday evenings.
