My practice focuses on helping adults, couples, adolescents, and children. I help patients to lose weight, quit smoking, manage anger and stress, improve self-esteem and overcome phobias. I also work with patients on a variety of other issues including relationship issues, depression, anxiety, obsessional thoughts, compulsive behaviors and PTSD. I aim to help my patients form better habits in their daily routines to improve happiness and energy levels.
I use a combination of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to garner an understanding in my patients of how and why bad habits have formed and how we can promote change through enhanced awareness, more effective coping skills, and the confidence to integrate these techniques.
